Yoga Instructor: Carol Agatstein
Minimize

Carol Agatstein has been practicing Yoga for 9 years, and teaching Gentle Yoga for 3 years. Her Yoga experience has changed through the years. Carol's  training introduced her to many different styles, and now she has a style of her own, which emphasizes a long, slow warm up, the use of props, and Pranayama (breathing techniques). Carol likes to encourage each student to find their own special individual practice within the class. They learn to experiment and find the modifications that work for their body on that particular day. Carol hopes that her classes show that Yoga is more than just physical exercises. The Pranayama, meditation and intuitive knowledge gained helps to provide a great stress relief.
