Mindfulness has helped those affected by cancer (patients, caregivers, the bereaved) deal with fears and thoughts of stigma, recurrence, and dying—while cultivating qualities of peace, serenity and wholeness. Join our mindfulness practitioners twice monthly to learn and practice these valuable skills.
