One on One Nutritional Counseling

Jerry and Peggy Ritter One on One Nutritional Counseling Services are for people with a cancer diagnosis, survivors, and primary caregivers (offered free of charge as all of our programs and services are). Please call 314-238-2000 to schedule.
  • Everyone should fill out the Health History screening form before the one on one nutritional counseling session and  fax to 314-909-9900, email to tgettinger@cancersupportstl.org, or mail to Cancer Support Community, 1058 Old Des Peres Road, St. Louis, MO 63131, or physically drop off the form to Cancer Support Community prior to session.

Erin Schluter, RD, LD is a clinical dietitian at St. John’s Mercy Medical Center for the David C. Pratt Cancer Center, behavioral health center and the main hospital providing diet education and one-on-one counseling as well as healthy lifestyle advice.   She has a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Northern Illinois University and completed her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. Her hobbies include running, biking and cooking. Erin is excited to assist CSC participants in using nutrition to stay healthy during their treatment

  
Cristen Luehmann, MS, RLD Certified Wellness Coach, Registered Dietician

Cristen Luehmann, MS, RLD, is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Wellness Coach with over 15 years clinical experience in nutrition education and counseling.  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics, and a Masters Degree in Allied Health & Nutrition.  Much of her professional career has involved working with individuals who have disordered eating. She has witnessed first-hand the physical, emotional, and social devastation that is caused by poor nutrition.  In her private practice, Cristen loves to share her knowledge of food and nutrition with clients to assist them in discovering their path to better health and wellness. She works from an integrative perspective, taking into account the importance of the body, mind, and spirit in optimal health & wellbeing.
